United Supply is an American defense industrial company. We source critical materials, we trade across allied borders, and we build the munitions, suppressors, and precision parts the fight requires. One counterparty across the whole industrial chain, so the people who arm this country don't have to stitch it together themselves.
Thirty years of consolidation, offshoring, and single-platform programs left the defense industrial base thin and fragmented. Sourcing lives in thousands of small vendors. Manufacturing lives in thousands more. Trade lives inside a compliance maze most buyers don't have the staff to walk. Every prime, every program office, every defense-tech company has had to piece the chain together on their own.
That worked when platforms took twenty years to build. It does not work in an era of drone warfare, munitions surges, and contested logistics. The next war will be won on industrial capacity, and the country cannot afford a base that runs at procurement speed while adversaries run at wartime speed.
United Supply started inside the problem. We built companies across the defense industrial base - on the sourcing side, on the product side, on the compliance side - and hit the same wall from every angle. Fractured vendors. Slow primes. A compliance overhead that killed small defense-tech before it could ship. Critical materials pipelines that ran through adversaries.
The insight was the same from all three vantage points: the base doesn't need another vendor. It needs an operator.
United Supply consolidates four practices - sell, source, trade, build - under one counterparty, one contract, and one compliance stack. Refractory metals to finished munitions. Domestic sourcing to allied trade. Precision manufacturing to program delivery. The customer signs once and gets the industrial base, not a vendor.
That structure is the product. It is how a defense-tech founder gets tungsten, energetics, and small-cal capacity without standing up a supply team. It is how a program office replaces ten sole-source contracts with one credible operator. It is how an allied buyer accesses American-made hardware without wrestling ITAR on their own.
